RETURNS & REFUND POLICY – SWAN JEWELS

At Swanjewels.in, we follow a strict No Return & No Refund Policy.
We do not accept returns or issue refunds under any circumstances – whether due to dislike of the product, change of mind, size issues, or any other reason.

All our jewellery is handcrafted by expert karigars and passes through rigorous quality checks before dispatch. Since each product is unique and handmade, slight variations in color or design may occur and are not considered defects.

EXCHANGE POLICY (ONLY FOR DAMAGED / DEFECTIVE ITEMS)

We allow exchange only if the product delivered is damaged, broken, or incorrect.

Mandatory Requirement:

  • A clear unboxing video and images of the damaged/defective product must be shared with us at swanbyss23@gmail.com or on WhatsApp +91 8920737084 within 48 hours of delivery.

  • The item must be unworn, in its original packaging, with the barcode/tag intact.

EXCHANGE PROCESS

  1. Notify Us – Send video/images of the damaged product within 48 hours via email/WhatsApp.

  2. Approval – Our Quality Check Team will review and approve eligible cases.

  3. Reverse Pick-Up – We will arrange a pick-up for approved items. For size exchanges (rings/bangles), a ₹250 charge applies.

  4. Replacement Dispatch – Once the damaged/incorrect product is received, we will dispatch the replacement within 4–5 working days, and the product shall be delivered within 8-10 working days.

⚠️ We are not responsible for:

  • Packages lost or damaged in transit.

  • Packages refused by the customer.

  • Exchanges not notified within 48 hours.

EXCHANGES WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED FOR:

  • Any request for returns or refunds.

  • Products returned in used/damaged condition.

  • Products returned only due to size issues (can only be exchanged for the correct size).

  • Orders placed with an incorrect delivery address.

  • Minor variations in handcrafted jewellery design/color.

  • After 3 failed delivery attempts.

  • Products without barcode/tag or with a damaged barcode/tag.

  • Customers receive an email notification once the order is confirmed.

  • Our team also contacts you directly to re-confirm the order before dispatch.
