Refund Policy
Swanjewels.in has all the products which are handcrafted by expert karigars and undergo rigorous quality checks before being dispatched. As each product is unique - it may vary slightly from the pictures. Swanjewels.in doesn’t support any returns without any specified reasons under refund and exchange policy.

NO RETURN POLICY
We do not return products if you don’t like it or your mind is changed.
REFUND POLICY
Though we don’t accept returns but we can exchange the products in case the product is damaged or broken. But, it is compulsory to shoot a video or an image of the particular damaged or broken product with us at our email id swanbyss23@gmail.com. Or the customer may contact us/whatsapp us at +91 8920737084.
Whatever item the customer needs to exchange must be unworn with original packaging and must be with an intact barcode/tag/label.
Notify
Notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order by sending us an email at swanbyss23@gmail.com with one shot video and images of the damaged product or contact us on our whatsapp no +91 8920737084.
Approval
The items which are intended for exchange will be checked by our Quality check Team which will be approved for exchange after inspection.
Reverse pick-up
We will arrange for the reverse pick-up for approved items for exchanges. But Rs. 250 will be charged for size exchanges (rings/bangles).
All the Refunds issued as Store Credit if the item is out of stock. It is valid for 3 months.
Dispatch
Once we receive the damaged/broken/incorrect product, we will dispatch the fresh and the required product. The broken/damaged products will be picked up by swanjewels.in through our delivery agents and will be delivered in 4-5 working days or sometimes earlier than that.
We are not responsible for any damaged packages or packages lost in transit. We are not liable for any returns that we were not notified of.
THE FOLLOWING DOES NOT QUALIFY FOR EXCHANGES
- A Package lost in shipment.
- A Package refused by recipient, mostly during cash on delivery. This also applies to prepaid orders.
- The Products that have been returned in a used or damaged condition.
- The Products returned due to size issues (Please check the size guides carefully before making a purchase). Such items can only be exchanged for correct sizes.
- If the customer posts incorrect delivery address, then swanjewels.in is not responsible for the consequences.
- If the jewellery is not faulty or damaged in any way, then that item is not qualified for exchanges.
- Minor variations in colour & design of the jewellery.
- After more than 3 failed delivery attempts by our courier agent.
- Products that have been returned where the barcode attached is either missing or damaged.

All products are guaranteed authentic.
