Any written amendments by Swanjewels.in will constitute a new offer, nullifying the previous one. Customer amendments to an offer will be considered new offers that Swanjewels.in may accept or reject at its discretion. Offers are only accepted in writing by Swanjewels.in.
Customers understand that all samples, colors, drawings, and specifications for products are estimates. Swanjewels.in will strive for accuracy, but small deviations, particularly in color tones, are not considered defects.
Product configurations and prices are subject to change at any time. Swanjewels.in retains the right to modify price lists, brochures, and other documents.
All prices exclude taxes, duties, or fees imposed by any authority. Customers are responsible for these charges unless they provide an appropriate resale or exemption certificate. If laws change resulting in irrecoverable taxes, Swanjewels.in may adjust prices retroactively.
Prices or fees are quoted in INR or another specified currency. All agreements for product delivery are treated as separate agreements. The price for the products listed on the website includes the GST. The customers can consider the prices for these products can be considered including of GST and be considered final.

All offers from Swanjewels.in are non-binding and can be revoked at any time unless we confirm otherwise in writing. If either you or we propose changes to an offer, it counts as a new offer, and we can accept or decline it at our discretion.
2. Product Details & Pricing
We aim for accuracy, but any samples, colors, drawings, or specifications are estimates and small variations—especially in color tones—don’t count as defects. Prices and product configurations may change without notice. All prices are in INR (unless stated otherwise), include GST, and don’t account for extra taxes or duties unless you're exempt or provide proper documentation.
3. Intellectual Property
All content on our site—images, layouts, text—is owned or licensed by Swanjewels.in and protected by copyright and trademark laws. You can’t copy, share, reproduce, or transmit any part of the site without our written permission.
4. Website Use
We try hard to be accurate, but we can’t guarantee your device displays colors perfectly, and we’re not responsible for errors outside our control. Use the site responsibly, and let us know if something looks off.
5. Orders, Cancellation & Shipping
Cancelling Before Shipment: You can cancel your order before it ships by contacting us via swanbyss23@gmail.com
or on +91 89207 37084. Refunds go out within 7–10 business days.
After Shipment: We can’t cancel orders that have already shipped. If you need help, just reach out—we’ll see what we can do.
6. Refunds & Exchanges
We don’t accept returns simply because you changed your mind. But if your product arrives damaged or defective, here’s what you need to do:

Our Quality Team will review it and, if approved:
We'll arrange reverse pick-up.
For size exchanges (rings/bangles), a ₹250 charge applies.
If your item is out of stock, you'll get store credit valid for 3 months.
Swan Jewels
We'll ship the replacement within 4–5 working days.
7. What Doesn’t Qualify for Exchange
We can’t process exchanges for:
Packages lost in transit
Refused deliveries (including COD or prepaid)
Used, worn, or damaged returns
Incorrect size that wasn’t properly checked (please refer to our size guide)
Jewelry without its original barcode, tag, or packaging
Minor design or color variations
Failed delivery after more than 3 attempted deliveries
8. Changes to These Terms
We might update these terms now and then. Any changes will appear right here—your continued use of the site means you accept the updated terms.
